In 2019, SmedleyUSA recognized untapped business potential in the Virgin Islands. The idea: providing low cost medical equipment sales / service throughout the Caribbean. Due to successful government negotiations, SmedleyUSA opened its first Caribbean office on the island of St. Croix. In so doing, Smedley USVI was born. As a result of its new office, service potentials under the beautiful skies of the U.S. Virgin Islands are endless.
